Every tier is the same product with the same Microsoft sign-in. What changes is where your data and the application live — each step moves the trust boundary into your Azure.
for one team, on shared capacity
Prove the idea with one team in an afternoon.
Where your data lives: Hosted on UDDI’s Azure — the quick-start trade for a free trial.
per user / month, in your own Azure
Your data rests in your Azure. Connect it in minutes from the admin panel.
Where your data lives: Indexes, embeddings, and model calls in YOUR Azure subscription; app hosted by UDDI.
per year — includes a guided two-week pilot
The whole platform inside your Azure tenant. Nothing leaves.
Where your data lives: Compute, keys, indexes, and model calls all run in YOUR tenant — the full claim, no asterisk.
On Business and Tenant-Deployed, Azure infrastructure costs (AI Search, Azure OpenAI usage) bill directly to your subscription — you keep cloud spend visibility and any negotiated rates.
Most vendors blur this. We'd rather your security team read it plainly: two things matter — where data rests (indexes, embeddings, documents) and where the application runs.
| Tier | Data at rest | Application compute | The claim we'll stand behind |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | UDDI’s Azure | UDDI’s servers | “Try it in five minutes.” |
| Business | Your Azure tenant | UDDI’s servers | “Your data lives in your tenant.” |
| Tenant-Deployed | Your Azure tenant | Your Azure tenant | “Your data never leaves your tenant.” |
In every tier, access control is identical: Microsoft Entra sign-in, your groups and source permissions authoritative, retrieval filtered before content reaches a model.
On Business and Tenant-Deployed, yes — AI Search and Azure OpenAI run in your subscription and bill at your rates, typically starting around $75/month plus pennies-per-query model usage. That’s deliberate: your cloud team keeps full cost visibility, and your negotiated Azure discounts apply. Starter includes everything.
Yes. Your account, users, and membership rules are identical across tiers — one account per Microsoft tenant, sign-in via your existing SSO. Moving from Starter to Business is connecting your Azure in the admin panel; moving to Tenant-Deployed re-homes the application with our help during the pilot.
No. Everyone signs in with the Microsoft work account they already have. There are no passwords in UDDI at all, and adding your whole team is a membership rule, not a per-seat setup.
On Business and Tenant-Deployed, your documents never moved — they’re in your SharePoint, and the indexes are in your Azure subscription, which you keep. Delete UDDI and everything derived from your content is already under your control. On Starter, we delete your indexed data on request or account closure.
Start with trust. Expand with evidence.
