Terms of Service

Effective August 25, 2026

The agreement

These terms are an agreement between the company creating a UDDI account ("Customer", "you") and Full Stack Data Solutions ("UDDI", "we"). By creating an account or using the service you accept them on behalf of your company. Tenant-Deployed customers sign a separate agreement that controls where it differs.

The service

UDDI connects to your Microsoft 365 environment and provides grounded, permission-aware answers from the content your company chooses to index. Your documents remain in SharePoint; UDDI builds and maintains a search index as described in our Privacy Policy and on the data FAQ. We may improve or modify the service, and we won't materially reduce core functionality during a paid term.

Accounts and access

Accounts are bound to your Microsoft Entra tenant; your admins control who has access via the membership rules they configure. You are responsible for your users' use of the service and for the accuracy of the access rules you set. Keep your Azure and Entra credentials secure — actions taken by your admins (connecting sources, provisioning Azure resources, enabling scheduled sync) run under permissions your organization grants.

Plans and billing

Starter is free within its published limits. Business is billed per seat, monthly, through Stripe; the seat count follows your active member count and is adjusted with proration as it changes. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel any time from the billing portal — your account then returns to Starter limits at the end of the paid period. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice, effective at your next renewal. Azure resources provisioned in your own subscription (Business and Tenant-Deployed) are billed to you by Microsoft, not by us.

Your content

You retain all rights to your content. You grant us only the rights needed to operate the service: reading connected sources under your users' delegated permissions, storing the derived index, and processing passages through the configured AI models to answer your users' questions. We do not use your content to train AI models, and we do not access it except to operate the service, prevent abuse, or as you direct.

Acceptable use

Don't use UDDI to violate the law, to infringe others' rights, to probe or circumvent its permission model, or to resell the service without an agreement with us. Don't attempt to extract content you are not authorized to see — the system is built to prevent this, and attempting it is grounds for suspension.

AI answers

Answers are generated from your indexed content and cite their sources. They can still be incomplete or wrong; when the knowledge base doesn't cover a question, UDDI is designed to say so rather than guess. Answers are information, not professional advice — verify against the cited documents before relying on them for consequential decisions.

Warranties and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability under these terms is capped at the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these terms, with notice where practicable. On termination we delete your account data as described in the Privacy Policy; your SharePoint content is unaffected because it never left your tenant's control.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Full Stack Data Solutions is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. We may update these terms; material changes are announced to account admins with a new effective date, and continued use after the effective date is acceptance. Questions: legal@uddi.co.
